FAQ about Vacation rentals
Are towels and linens provided in the units?
Yes, all furnished rentals have towels and linens which are the property of that unit. No laundry service or towel exchange is provided.
Do the units have washer and dryers?
Most of our rentals have a washer and dryer in the individual unit. Some condos have a communitv laundrv room.
Are the units equipped with kitchen items?
Yes, all the units are fully furnished with basic kitchen utensils, dishes, pots and pans, coffee pot, toaster, microwave, teapot.
Are cleaning and paper products provided?
No, however,we do provide starter supplies of soap and bath tissue. Tenant's will need to provide additional items. Often the units have left over supplies which you may use.
What time is check in?
Normally check in is between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. Evening check- ins can be arranged. Morning check ins are usually not available. On January 1, February l, and March I we have special check in procedures. Details will be sent with your confirmation letter.
What time is check out?
We ask that you deparl by I I a.m. on your departure day.
What additional charges my apply?
A rental tax will be added according to the city your rental is in and the length of your stay. State (hotel tax) will also apply to stays less than one month. Some owners charge a out cleaning fee. You will be notified of this fee at time of booking.
Phone and Internet service are they provided?
Individual owners may provide local phone service and intemet. This is an owners individual choice, additional fees may apply for these services.
Do the units have Cable T.V.?
All rental units will have a minimum of basic cable provided. Expanded services maybe available at an additional fee.
Are pets accepted?
We have a few units that will allow small pets
What major credit cards do you accept?
At this time we do not take any credit cards.
What if I need to change my plans?
Please review the cancellation policy on the reservation form. If during your stay you need to leave early we can not reduce or refund your rents since all funds have been forwarded to the owner.
How do I book a unit?
Please call us or e-mail us for availability first. Then complete our reservation form and mail it to us with your deposit and booking fee. Please make all checks payable to Cassia Real Estate and make sure they are in US funds.
