Cassia Real Estate Vacation and Furnished Rentals Reservation Process
 
Please call us at 1-800-736-0088 or e-mail us to confirm your dates and rental unit are available.
Print the winter visitors reservation form. Fill it out and regular mail it to our P.0. Box with your deposit check.
Make checks payable to Cassia Real Estate. All funds must be US dollars. We do not accept credit cards.
If you are from Canada or outside the US we recommend you also fax us a copy of the reservation form and check before you mail it. ( fax 480-984-7646) the postal service from Canada and other countries can be very slow.
Once we receive your form and deposit funds we will confirm your reservation.
About 30 days prior to your check in date you will receive details about the unit and check in procedures. This information will be e-mailed to you. If you do not have e-mail, confirmation will be mailed to the address you provide on the reservation form.

Refundable deposits will be mailed back after you depart and the unit has been inspected and all utility accounts are cleared by the owners.
